The rules are very simple:

3 balls to be won per week!
One order > 80 euros = a chance to win our MF Football fan pack on 12/07/2021, 4 products worth 152,35 Euro. **

This contest is organised by the MASSEY FERGUSON Merchandising Shop department of AGCO Deutschland GmbH in Johann-Georg-Fendt-Straße 14 - D-87616 Marktoberdorf.
This contest is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram.
Article 2: Contest dates
The contest will be in 5 part and take place from 11/06/2021 to 11/07/2021.
- Part 1: from 11/06/2021 to 21/06/2021
- Part 2: from 21/06/2021 to 28/06/2021
- Part 3: from 28/06/2021 to 05/07/2021
- Part 4 :from 05/07/2021 to 12/07/2021
- Part 5: from 11/06/2021 to 11/07/2021
Article 3: Who can participate?
This contest is open to all natural persons residing in Europe, except for minors and AGCO SAS. division staff and their families. Only one prize per participant will be delivered.
The organizers reserve themselves to check if the winner has filled those previous conditions.
Article 4: How can you participate?
Every person who places an order in the MASSEY FERGUSON Merchandising Shop via the website (https://shop.masseyferguson.com) during the aforementioned period will automatically be entered into the prize draw for the prizes in phases 1 to 4.
Every person who places an order in the MASSEY FERGUSON Merchandising Shop via the website (https://shop.masseyferguson.com) for an amount of more than 80 euros including tax during the aforementioned period will automatically be entered into the prize draw for the prize of phase 5 in addition to the prize draws of phases 1-4.

Phase 1 prizes, from 11/06/2021 to 21/06/2021 at 12:00: There will be 3 winners, each prize includes:

Phase 2 prizes, from 21/06/2021 to 28/06/2021 at 12:00 There will be 3 winners, each prize includes:

Phase 3 prizes, from 28/06/2021 to 05/07/2021 at 12:00, There will be 3 winners, each prize includes:

Phase 4 prizes, from 05/07/2021 to 12/07/2021 at 12:00, There will be 3 winners, each prize includes:

The price is non-transferable and could not be yielded. They may not give rise to any kind of dispute, or be subject to any exchange or surrender of their total or partial value in cash.
Article 6: Determining winners and sending prizes
A digital lottery will be organized at the end of each period on 21 & 28 June and 5 & 12 July.
The winner will be contacted by us by a private message.
If the winner does not reply within 3 days, a new winner will be choosen with the previous mentionned process.
The prize will be sent by post free of charge.
The organizer is not liable for any damage or breakage of the prize during transportation.

You may withdraw in whole or in part at any time without giving AGCO any reason. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition by sending an e-mail to: dataprivacy@agcocorp.com

The organizers could shorten, extend, modify or cancel this operation if the circumstances required, without incurring any responsibilities.
