We are pleased that you are visiting our websites and about your interest in our company. The protection of your personal data is of considerable importance to us. Personal data are individual details regarding personal or factual circumstances relating to a certain or definable natural person. 2.Automatic data collection and processing by the browser
As a general rule, you can visit our websites without entering any personal data. As with each website our server automatically and temporarily collects details in the server logfiles, which are transmitted by the browser if this has not been deactivated by you. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data, which is necessary for us from a technical point of view in order to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (the legal basis is art. 6 par. 1 sent. 1f GDPR):
- IP-address
- Date and time of the enquiry
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Contents of the request (specific site)
- Access status /HTTP-status code
- In each case, the transmitted data volume
- Website, from which the request comes
- Browser
- Operating system and its interface
- Language and version of the browser software.
3. Special functions of the websites
Our websites offer you various functions with the use of which personal data are collected, processed and used. We will explain to you below what happens with these data:
a) Newsletter:
The data entered by you in the registration screen of our newsletter will be used solely by us for the transmission of our newsletter, in which we inform about all of our services. After your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The registration is only completed after clicking the link that is contained there (double opt-in). We process your data exclusively for the purpose of sending you the newsletter (the legal basis is art. 6 para. 1 sent. 1 a GDPR). The newsletter can be cancelled at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link.
We would like to point out to you that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation the sent e-mails contain so-called tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files. For the evaluations we link the data stated in Subclause 2 and the tracking pixel using an individual ID. We hereby record when and where (based on your IP address) you read our newsletter and from this, we infer how we can improve our newsletter for you.
Such tracking is not possible if you have deactivated the displaying of images by default in your e-mail programme. In this case the newsletter will not be displayed to you in full and you may not be able to use all of the functions. If you have the images displayed manually, the aforementioned tracking will be carried out.
b) Contact form:
We can be contacted via the e-mail address that is provided. In this case, the transmitted personal data of the sender, i.e. the user, will be stored with the enquiry (the legal basis is art. 6 para.1 sent. 1b GDPR). Once the enquiry has been processed, the collected data will be deleted immediately, provided that there are no statutory retention periods.
c) Registration:
The user can register on our website by entering personal data. The data is entered into the input screen, transmitted to us and stored (legal basis is art. 6 para. 1b GDPR).

- password
- Employee number and location (for AGCO employees)
d) Orders:
The object of the online shop is the distance selling of merchandising products. In this context we process the data that is required for the conclusion, execution or termination of a contract with you. This includes:
- First name, surname, title, form of address, address, e-mail address, IP address
- Transaction numbers
The legal basis for this is art. 6 para. 1b GDPR.
You provide us with the data for the order, the execution and the termination of the contractual relationship between you and us. We store the data that is collected for the execution of the contract until the expiry of any contractual or statutory warranty rights / guarantee rights. After these periods have expired, we retain the information for the contractual relationship that is required under commercial law / tax law for the statutory periods. For this period, the data will only be processed again in the event of an audit by the tax authorities.
4. Payment data
During the ordering process, payment data are collected. For orders on our site, you have the possibility to choose between different payment methods. We do not collect and store payment data ourselves. These are collected exclusively by the service providers listed below.
a) Payone (credit card)
If you pay by credit card, PAYONE GmbH; Lyoner Straße 9, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, collects the following data:
- Name and address of the cardholder (optional e-mail address)
- Information on the payment card (e.g. card number, CVV, expiry date)
- Information about the transaction (e.g. ID, date, amount, goods, article number)
b) Paypal (including purchase on account and direct debit)
Furthermore, there is the possibility to process the payment with the online payment service PayPal. PayPal enables online payments to be made to third parties. The European operating company of PayPal is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, your data (which is required for the payment process) will be automatically transmitted to PayPal.

c) Klarna (immediate bank transfer)
You can also make the payment by instant bank transfer. This is an online direct bank transfer from Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich. Sofort GmbH is part of the Klarna Group, a European provider of alternative payment systems.
If you choose instant bank transfer as your payment method, your data (which is required for the payment process) will be automatically transmitted to Klarna.

d) Paytrail (only for Finnish customers)
We offer payment by Paytrail for our Finnish customers. This is an alternative payment service provider based in Finland (Innova 2, Lutakonaukio 7, 40100 Jyväskylä). Here too, your data (which is required for the payment process) is automatically transmitted to Paytrail.

We pass on information concerning your delivery addressto a service or logistics company commissioned by us for the purpose of processing the sales contract. In order to ensure that the delivery of the goods is in accordance with your wishes, we may send your e-mail address and telephone number to the company we have contracted, which will contact you in advance to agree on the details of the delivery with you. The data will only be transmitted for this purpose and it will be deleted after delivery.
4. Data transfer / specified purpose
We only forward personal data to third parties insofar as this is necessary for us in order to fulfil our contractual obligations (especially for processing a concluded contract). With the provision of our website we also forward your data to the service providers commissioned in this respect (e.g. hosting partner, agency, etc.), which exclusively process the personal data upon an order, and following instructions from us. A forwarding of personal data to third parties does not take place except for the stated purposes of the contractual and payment processing only with your consent.
If you make personal data available to us within the scope of an enquiry and/or by expressing explicit consent, this data is only used for the purpose, which is covered by the enquiry or the consent. With your consent and in order to fulfil the purpose, your personal data may also be passed on to regional sales partners within the AGCO Group.
We will only store your personal data for as long as this is necessary or stipulated by law for the envisaged purpose of collecting the data. You can revoke your consent at all times. Interests you may have that are worthy of protection will be taken into consideration pursuant to the statutory provisions. If data recipients are located in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), in which the applicable law does not guarantee the same standard of data privacy as in your home country, we will take other measures in order to ensure an appropriate standard of data privacy.

5. Statistical evaluation of the visits to our websites
We will also use the data transmitted by your web browser pursuant to Subclause 2 for the consistent improvement of our internet presence and for statistical purposes.
Google Analytics:
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files, which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website by you. As a rule, the information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there in exceptional circumstances. This website uses Google Analytics using the “_anonymizeIp()” extension. This way your IP addresses will be truncated and further processed. The ability to make reference to a person is therefore excluded. Simple links to social media operators
Our websites enable simple links to websites of operators of social media. The exchanging of data with the social media operators will only take place if you click on the button with the symbol (e.g. the “f” of Facebook). If you click on such a button, a site of the social media operator will open in a popup window and you will find yourself on the websites of the respective social media operator. Social plugins, internet presence of social media
On our websites so-called social plugins or the contents of the following social networks are used or integrated (hereinafter known as “social networks”). We also maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with customers, interested parties, users which are active there and in orden to inform them about our services. In order to present contents of Facebook on our site, we use the social graph and further integrations of Facebook (“Facebook Plugins”) of Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA (“Facebook”) which connects this website with the social network of Facebook. YouTube:
For the presentation of our videos we use the video service of YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (“YouTube”).
If YouTube videos are embedded on our website, the content of the embedded video is transmitted directly from YouTube to your browser. At the same time certain data are transmitted from your browser to YouTube. This only happens when you play the video on our website. The legal basis for the use of the service provided by Youtube is art. 6 para. 1 sent. 1f GDPR. We have no influence concerning the volume of the data, which YouTube collects on this website. According to our current knowledge, the following data is involved, especially for the presentation of embedded YouTube videos:
- Visited site on our website, which contains the video;
- the general data transmitted by your browser (IP address, browser type and version, operation system, time) and,
- in the case of registered Youtube or Google-users, your Google-user identifier.
Embedded YouTube videos can also be faded out by browser add-ons so that no data collection takes place by YouTube.
Instagram:
The functions and contents of the Instagram service are embedded within our online presence. These are offered by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. This may include, for example, content such as images, videos or texts and buttons with which users can express their appreciation regarding the content or the authors of the content or subscribe to our contributions.
